The minimum order required for all our custom made products is 100 pins. Quantities less than minimum can also be done at little higher cost, please contact us for details.

Yes, absolutely! We offer FREE art and design services with every order!

Our delivery times range between two and four weeks after receipt of an order with advance payment and approval of artwork. However, some delivery times may vary depending upon the quantity, production methods used, or uniqueness of your design requirements.

Any changes or cancellations are subject to charges based on costs incurred up to time of your request. No change is accepted once an order is in production. If you still need changes then it will be processed as a new order.

Most preferred format is Illustrator or .eps vector artwork and all fonts converted to outlines/curves. We also except .jpg, .pdf, .tiff, .png, .psd or .bmp files (please enlarge artwork 4 times larger than the pin size). We highly recommend the use of Pantone Matching System colors in your art in order to reproduce the colors you require. For our Digital Pins, artwork should be at least 300 dpi or higher.

Yes, we will send you a proof after receipt of your order and will not produce your pins until we get your approval of the artwork.

We guarantee all our products to be of the finest quality and superior craftsmanship.

50% Payment is required with order and balance 50% before delivery. We accept payments thru Credit / Debit Cards, Pay Pal, NEFT / RTGS / T/T or you can deposit Cheque in our bank account.

All domestic orders are shipped via DTDC / Aramex / First Flight / Blue Dart and International orders are shipped via FedEx / DHL, please contact us for shipping rates. We can also ship orders on your courier account too if required.

All products are individually poly bagged. Alternative packaging is also available.
